Femaillers

Does anyone here have experience using GIMP and POV-Ray for making inlays? I'm trying to follow the directions posted here but I keep getting stuck at this part: "For "File in" browse for the image you created earlier. Leave the info for "File out" alone. Input whatever ring data you have for the rings you'll be making the inlay from for ring parameters. Select "Right Way" for stretch." For some reason, none of my images (no matter the file type) show up when I browse for the File in. If anyone knows how to fix this, or knows of a simpler software or other method I can use, please let me know. Any help would be greatly appreciated!
